Our fees and commissions are very competitive so there is no reason not to try us out! We charge just 6% for a 'let only' service and 11% for a 'full management' service. Everyone pays the same - guaranteed!
We Don't Save Money at Your Cost
At TIC we look after your finances. We understand the importance of keeping your property maintenance cost down. However, we do not save money on property advertising and have recently purchased a state of the art property management software in order to improve our efficiency and give us the edge.
